Our place is in M-4/36, DLF Phase-2, which is right near the DLF Square building in Gurgaon. It’s a very busy part of town, especially with all the traffic coming through Sikanderpur Ghosi. We’ve been here for a while, and the pace of the city never really seems to slow down. The office is a practical space where we handle property matters for people looking to move into the area or invest. It’s not a fancy glass tower, just a regular office where we do our work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people at different sites around Phase-2. Gurgaon changes so fast that the maps we have are almost out of date by the time we hang them up. We don't bother with a lot of the marketing fluff you hear from the big agencies. We just tell people what the current situation is with a particular plot or apartment. The noise from the nearby construction and the traffic is just something we’ve gotten used to over the years. We usually have some files piled up on the desks and a coffee machine that works most of the time. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Most of our neighbors are doing similar things, so there’s always a lot of activity on our street and in the surrounding buildings.
