Authentic Recipes

We've been over here at SCO 61 in Sector 23 A for a while now. Most people know the Carterpuri area, it stays busy during the day with all the traffic and people moving around. We spend most of our time in the kitchen working on the food. It gets pretty hot back there, especially in the summers when the fans don't seem to do much to cool things down. We just focus on getting the recipes right, the way they should be. It's not a fancy place, just a regular spot where we cook and pack things up. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting out front and it gets a bit crowded near the door. We try to keep things organized but you know how it goes when it's lunchtime and everyone is in a hurry. The menu is mostly stuff we like to eat ourselves at home. We buy our supplies from the local markets around here every morning to make sure we have what we need for the day. It’s a lot of work but we’re used to the routine by now. The chairs might not be the most comfortable ones you've ever sat in, but they do the job for a quick meal. We see a lot of the same faces coming in from the nearby offices every single day. It's nice to know people's names and what they usually order. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just find us.
