Asia Realtors Private Limited is located at D-212 in the Sushant Shopping Arcade. We are on the upper ground floor, so you have to head up those stairs once you get into the building. Sushant Lok-1 is a busy part of Gurgaon and the arcade gets quite a lot of foot traffic. It’s not the newest building in the world but it works for us. Our office is a bit small but we make it work. There’s a lot of shops nearby, so there is always something going on outside our door. Haryana-122002 is the pin code if you are trying to find us on a map. We’ve got a couple of computers and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. It feels like a real workplace, not a showroom. We spend most of our time here talking to people and looking at property listings. The lighting in the arcade can be a bit dim in the hallways but once you step into our space it’s fine. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure things get done. You can hear the noise from the street sometimes, especially the car horns. It’s just how Gurgaon is. We’ve been in this spot for a while and haven’t felt the need to move. It’s central enough for what we do. Asia Realtors is just a regular office in a regular shopping arcade.
