House No. 193 in Sector 55 is where you’ll find us. Arthamatra Realtors Private Limited is run from here in Gurgaon. It’s a regular house turned into an office space, really. We’ve got desks and chairs and the usual paperwork scattered around. Sector 55 is a decent area to be in. The traffic outside can get a bit loud during the mornings when everyone is heading to work, but it settles down later on. We are right there in Haryana-122003. Most days, it’s just the sound of the keyboard and the occasional phone ringing. We’ve been at this address for some time now. People walk by, sometimes they stop in, sometimes they don't. The front gate is usually open during business hours. It’s not a big corporate building with a lobby or anything like that. Just a simple place where we get our work done. Sometimes the chai wala comes by in the afternoon which is the highlight of the day. We handle our real estate stuff from this spot. It’s practical. If you are looking for 193, it’s easy enough to spot from the street. The weather in Gurgaon can be tough, especially the heat in the summer, but the office stays okay.
