Our office is located in the Two Horizon Centre over on Golf Course Road. It’s a busy building in Sector 43, right near Harizan Colony. We focus on property around this part of town. It gets quite hectic during the week with all the traffic and people coming in and out of the center. We spend a lot of time looking at apartments and office spaces nearby. People come to us when they are moving or need a new spot for their business. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a local team trying to keep up with the fast pace of real estate here. The market changes so fast it's hard to keep up sometimes. We mostly deal with the neighborhoods we know best. Sometimes we are out on site visits all day and the office stays quiet. Other times it's full of people drinking tea and talking about prices. We’ve been in this area long enough to know which buildings have issues and which ones are solid. We don’t have a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here at Two Horizon. We just handle the paperwork and try to make sure everything is in order for the buyers and sellers. It's a lot of coordination between different parties. We just take it day by day. Sometimes the elevators are slow, but we manage. We know the local streets well enough to help out.
