Oracle Granito Ltd. is located in Gurgaon at U-59/6 in Dlf Phase-3. This area is always buzzing with new construction and people moving in, so we stay pretty busy. We have a lot of different tile designs and stone slabs because the houses around here are all so different. Some people want something modern, others want something more traditional. We just keep a good range and let people decide. Being in Dlf Phase-3 means we are right in the thick of things. The office is a practical space where we manage the day-to-day business. It is not overly fancy, but it serves our purpose well. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with suppliers and making sure our inventory stays topped up. Gurgaon can be a bit chaotic with the traffic, but once you get into our street, it is a bit calmer. We have a few staff members who have been with us for a long time and they know the stock inside out. We don't use any high-pressure tactics; we just help you find what fits. Most days involve a lot of checking measurements and moving samples around for people to see in different lighting. It is hard work but we are used to the pace of this city. We just keep things moving and focus on the stone we have in the warehouse. It is a steady business and we like being here. We just keep at it every day.
