CENTERSTONE ESTATE LLP is located on the 5th floor of the Time Square Building, over in B-Block of Sushant Lok. We’re in Unit 506. Being in the DLF area of Gurgaon means things move pretty fast around us. Our office is a place where we handle property matters and estate work. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with people. We don't use much of that corporate speak you hear in big real estate firms. We’re more about just sitting down and figuring out the details of a lease or a sale. Sometimes the phone rings too much and we have to stay late to catch up on the paperwork. That’s just part of the job in Gurgaon. We’ve been in the Time Square Building for a while and we like the location because it’s easy for folks to drop by. We aren't trying to be the flashiest agency in Haryana. We just want to do our work correctly and keep things moving. Most of our days are spent on the computer or out looking at sites in Sushant Lok. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we do. We try to keep things practical and grounded, dealing with the realities of the local market without any fluff. It's a good place to work and we know the neighborhood inside out.
