Nonas Restaurant & Bar

Nonas Restaurant & Bar is located on Defence Road in Pathankot. We are right near Victoria Estate, which is a quiet enough area compared to the main town center. We’ve been running this place for a while now. It’s a spot where local men come to sit down after a long day of work. Having the bar and the restaurant together means we get a mix of people. Some just want a quick meal, while others want to sit for an hour or two with a drink and some snacks. The building is simple, nothing too modern or flashy. We have a few fans and some old pictures on the wall. Pathankot gets really cold in the winter, so we try to keep the place feeling a bit cozy then. In the summers, it's the opposite, and everyone wants to sit near the door where there’s a bit of a breeze. We don't have a big menu, just the things we know how to make well and that people ask for. The staff are mostly local boys who have grown up around here. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, with more houses coming up in the estate nearby. It’s a steady business for us. We open up in the afternoon and stay open until fairly late. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that. Most of our customers come because they live nearby or they heard about us from a friend. It’s just a regular place to hang out.
