BS CHICKEN CORNER

Our shop is right on Dangu Road in Pathankot, situated directly across from the petrol pump. It’s a spot that most people in the area know because of the road being a main route. We are a small chicken corner, and we don't try to be anything else. The setup is simple, with just enough space to get the cooking done and serve the customers who stop by. A lot of our business comes from people driving past who want to grab something quickly. The road can get quite dusty and loud with the trucks, but that is just how Pathankot is. We spend most of our evenings around the grill or the stove. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but we’ve been doing it for a while now. We don't have any fancy seating or air conditioning; it's more of a place where you get your food and maybe stand around talking for a bit. The staff is just a few local guys who know how to handle the rush. We keep things basic and don't worry about being polished or looking like a big chain. It’s just us on Dangu Road, doing what we do every single day. If you’re filling up at the petrol pump, you can usually see us right there. It is a very straightforward way to run a business, and we like it that way. We don't use fancy spices or anything, just what we've always used.
