Moti Mahal Grand

Moti Mahal Grand is located at G K Plaza on Saili Road in Pathankot. We are right opposite the HDFC bank, which is how most people find us if they aren't from this specific neighborhood. Our address is 145001. The plaza is a regular commercial building and we have been here for a while now. Running a place in Pathankot is about knowing the local rhythm. We open up early to get the cleaning done before the bank across the street starts getting busy. Saili Road can get quite congested with cars and bikes, especially in the afternoons. Our restaurant is just a place where we try to provide a spot for people to sit down. We don't have any corporate manuals or anything like that. We just learned how to do things by doing them every day. Some of our chairs are getting a bit old but they are still comfortable enough. We spend most of our time in the back making sure the food is being prepped right. It is hard work and the kitchen gets very loud when all the burners are on. We don’t have a lot of time for anything other than working and making sure the place stays open. It’s just us here, trying to keep things going on Saili Road. We are a small team and we just handle whatever the day throws at us, whether it's a busy Sunday or a quiet Monday morning. We just keep our heads down and work.
