Yugnirman Farmer Producer Company Limited is run by us here on Panchkoshi Marg. We are located at Tirupati Gold, and you can usually find Mr. Ankit Singh or his father, Mr. Arun Singh Gaharwar, around the place. We are a farmer producer company, which just means we are a bunch of local growers who decided to work together instead of competing. It makes it easier to handle the large-scale stuff that a single farmer can’t do alone. Our office isn't anything special—it's just a place to keep the records and meet up when we need to make decisions. Being on Panchkoshi Marg is convenient for most of our members. We spend a lot of time talking about the weather and the crops, like any other farmers would. We aren't experts in business talk, but we know how to grow things and how to fix a tractor when it breaks. The company is our way of staying organized in an industry that can be very unpredictable. We don’t have a corporate office with people in suits. It’s just us, the Gaharwar family and the other farmers, trying to make a decent living.
