Nathrikta Bio Energy Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Amar Nath Singh’s home. It is house number one in Bansgaon Khajuria. This is Achaibar Singh’s family place, and that is where we do most of our meetings. Being a farmer producer company means we spend a lot of time on the ground. We are focused on bio energy, which is basically trying to make something out of the agricultural waste we have around here. It is a long process to get everything set up right. The address is simple, just a house in the village. We do not have a big staff or a receptionist. If you come by, you will just see us working on the accounts or talking to a farmer who stopped by. Bansgaon Khajuria is our home, so it made sense to start the company here. The name Nathrikta is what is on the sign, if we ever get around to putting one up. Right now, it is just the work that matters. We have to follow all the rules for being a producer company, which means a lot of meetings and a lot of talking. Some days are slow and some days everyone is busy at once. We just keep at it because it is what we decided to do. It is a local thing, run by local people, and we do not try to make it sound like more than it is. We just do the work.
