Panth Agro Farmer Producer Company is based in Nayapurwa, over in the Bhitaura area. It’s a local operation started by farmers who wanted to do things a bit differently. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. Our main spot is right there in the village of Nayapurwa. Most of us have known each other since we were kids, so working together comes pretty naturally. We spend most of our time out in the fields, dealing with the actual farming. This company is just a way for us to handle the business side of things together. We talk about seeds, we talk about the soil, and we talk about how to get our produce to the right people. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we disagree on the best way to do things, but we always figure it out. Bhitaura is a good place with hard-working people. There are no fancy slogans or marketing gimmicks here. We are just interested in growing good crops and making sure our families are taken care of. Life on the farm is about dealing with whatever comes your way, whether it's a broken tractor or a dry spell. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
