Vikas Bharti School

If you head out about 11 kilometers on Pipraich Road, you'll find us in Bhartipuram. It’s a bit of a trip from the main city, but it’s a good spot for a school like ours. We are right near the Unaula post office area. The school has a fair amount of space since we are a bit further out. We have several classrooms and the usual administrative area for records. It can get a bit dusty out here with the road nearby, but we try to keep the place as clean as possible for the children. The kids come from the surrounding villages and the local Bhartipuram area. Some come by bus and others walk quite a distance. It’s a lively place once everyone arrives in the morning. We don’t go in for anything too modern or complicated. We stick to the books and make sure the students understand their math and languages. Our staff is a mix of older teachers who have been here forever and some younger ones just starting out. It’s a simple life out here. We deal with the weather, the occasional power cut, and the noise from the road. But when you walk into a classroom and see the kids working, it feels right. We don't have a big marketing department. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here serving the community for years. Everyone knows the Vikas Bharti building on the way to Pipraich. It’s just a part of the local landscape now.
