Shree Radhey Krishna Jaivik Producer Company Limited is run out of Mayaram’s place in Kishunpurva Majregauria. We focus on the organic side of things, which is why we have Jaivik in our name. It’s a bit more work to do things that way, but we think it's worth it for the land. We are just a small bunch of farmers from the local area. We don't have a big warehouse or anything. We mostly use what we have available at the farm. It’s a quiet village life here in Kishunpurva. We spend a lot of time checking on the plants and making sure we aren't using things we shouldn't. It’s a lot of walking and manual labor every single day. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a website with lots of pictures. We just talk to people and sell what we grow. Being a producer company helps us stay legal and organized with our sales. We meet up at Mayaram’s to talk about what we are going to plant next. It’s not a formal board meeting, just a bunch of us sitting around and figuring it out. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to grow good food and stay in business.
