Semardandi Farmer Producer Companylimited is based in Village Bhotaha. Our office is just House Number 01. It’s near the Rosaya Bazar post office in Sant Kabir Nagar. We are a group of farmers who decided to work together. Before this, we all did our own thing, but it was hard. Now we have this company to manage our collective efforts. It’s a very local thing. We don't have a big staff. It’s just us and some neighbors. We spend our days talking about what crops to plant and how the soil is looking. The weather is always a big topic of conversation. Some years are better than others. We don't have a fancy website or glossy brochures. We just talk to people face to face. It’s how things are done here in 272162. Sometimes we meet at the bazar to discuss business. It’s a bit informal, but it works for us. We handle the sales and the buying of supplies together. It saves everyone a bit of money.
