Prasar Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are over here in Mahuwadand, which is a part of the Vijaypur area in Mirzapur. Most people around here know us because we’ve been working the land for a long time. Prasar Farmer Producer Company Limited isn't some big office building with glass walls. We operate out of house number 17. It’s a busy spot where local farmers come by to talk about the crops or the rain. Some days it is just about figuring out who has enough seeds and who needs help with their tractor. Mirzapur has its own rhythm, and we try to stick to that. We deal with whatever the season brings, whether it is too much heat or the monsoon coming late. The goal is just to keep the farming going and make sure everyone gets a fair shake when things go to the market. It isn't always easy. There are plenty of days when things don’t go right, like a machine breaking down or the prices dropping for no reason. But we just get back to it the next morning. It’s mostly about the community here. We know each other’s families and the fields they work on. We just wanted a way to work together instead of everyone trying to do it all by themselves. It’s quiet in the evenings here, but the days are full of work. That is just how life is for us in 231303. No fancy talk, just a lot of dirt on our boots.
