Maa Tarkulhi Farmer Producer Companylimited is based right here in Gorakhpur, specifically in the New Colony area of Chaurichaura. We work out of Omprakash’s place in J Mathiya. It is not some big fancy office with glass doors, just a regular spot where we get things done. We spend most of our time dealing with the local farmers around here. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, but we just keep at it. People know us in the neighborhood. We are just a group of local folks trying to make sure the crops get handled right. There is always someone coming or going from the office, usually with some dirt on their shoes. We don't spend much on ads because word of mouth in Gorakhpur works better anyway. If you walk down towards the colony, you will find us easily. It is quiet most mornings until the trucks start moving. We have been here for a bit now, learning as we go. Some days are long, especially when the harvest is coming in and everyone needs something at the same time. We just try to stay organized and help the members out whenever they drop by. It’s practical work, nothing too complicated. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the land and the people around Chaurichaura well. We handle the paperwork and the supplies right from this address.
