Kushehra Farmers Producer Company Limited is based in the village of Kushhra, which is part of the Gorakhpur Sadar tehsil. Our main spot is at H No - 11 Kha. We are essentially a collective of farmers from around the Gorakhpur area. We started this whole thing because it just made sense to work together on the business side of our farming. There are quite a few of us involved now, and we try to keep things running as smoothly as we can from our small office in the village. It isn't a fancy place by any stretch of the imagination. It is just where we keep all the records and meet up to talk about the crops and what the market prices are doing. Being right in Kushhra means we are in the middle of where the actual work happens every day. We deal with the usual things like getting seeds and fertilizers and making sure the harvest gets sold for a fair price. It takes a lot of effort to coordinate everything with so many different people, but we usually manage to get it done. You won't find any corporate buzzwords or polished speeches here. We just talk like regular people because that is exactly who we are. Some days we are out in the dirt and other days we are stuck doing the paperwork. It’s just a normal local business.
