Our company, Krishijananee Jai Farmer Producer Company Limited, is based in Varanasi, specifically in the Alauddinpur Banakatnewada area. We work out of Murari Patel’s place. We are a group of farmers who have lived in this part of Uttar Pradesh all our lives. We know every inch of our fields and what they need. This isn't some corporate entity from the city with people in ties. It's just us, the local growers. We deal with the same problems every year, like the rising cost of fertilizer or trying to find a truck to take our vegetables to the mandi before they spoil. By coming together as a producer company, we try to solve these things as a group. It’s much better than struggling alone and getting nowhere. Varanasi is a busy, loud place, but our village life is much quieter. We focus on the soil, the seeds, and the seasons. We don't have a polished website or a marketing team to tell our story. Most of our meetings happen under a big tree or on someone's front porch in the evening. We just want to get our produce sold for a fair price and keep the farms going for another year. We work hard, and sometimes the returns aren't as good as we hoped, but we don't know any other way to live. We are just honest people trying to do right by our families and our land.
