Kondra Farmer Producer Company Limited

Kondra Farmer Producer Company Limited is a small group of us from around Belhara and Kodra. We operate out of a simple place at number 01 in the village. It’s not a big setup at all. We are just local farmers who decided that working as a group was better than trying to handle every single problem alone. Most of the people involved have lived in this area their whole lives. We know the soil and we know how the rain usually comes, or doesn't come when we need it most. Forming this company was a practical step for us. It helps with getting what we need for the farms and then finding a place to sell the harvest afterwards. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big goals, just the daily work of farming the land. Sometimes we meet at the village center to discuss who needs help with their fields or if the equipment needs fixing. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. If you come looking for us in Kodra, you won't find a big glass building with signs. You’ll just find people working in the fields. We handle our own logistics as best as we can. It’s a lot of work, but having the company name makes it official when we deal with outsiders. We are just trying to keep the farming tradition going in Belhara and make sure it stays sustainable for everyone in our group. It’s been a long journey but we are sticking to it.
