We are located at 3-E142 in Nehru Nagar, over in Ghaziabad. It’s a busy part of town and we see a lot of different people coming through our doors every day. We mostly focus on getting the food out fast because everyone seems to be in a hurry around here. It’s not a quiet place, especially during lunch and dinner. We have a crew at K.F.C that’s been working together for a bit, so we know how to handle the rush. We don't have any fancy speeches about what we do. We just cook and serve. Sometimes the machines act up or we run out of napkins, but we deal with it as it comes. The 3-E142 spot is pretty easy to find if you’re in Nehru Nagar. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure the tables are ready for the next person. It’s hard work and we’re on our feet all day. We aren't a corporate office; we’re a kitchen and a dining room. We see families, students, and workers coming in for a bite. We don't use big words to describe our food. It’s just what it is. We’re just a local team trying to keep the hungry people of Ghaziabad fed. It’s a simple job but it keeps us busy from morning until night. We try to keep the music playing in the background to keep the energy up while we work through the dinner orders.
