A One Caterers

Our kitchen and office are at 378 on the Main Road in Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad. If you know the Smart Chowk area, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times without thinking much of it. We are A One Caterers, and our days usually start very early when the vegetable trucks arrive. Ghaziabad is a loud, energetic place, and our spot on the Main Road puts us right in the middle of all that noise and activity. Cooking for hundreds of people isn't a simple task, and it definitely isn't a glamorous one. Most of the time, our staff is covered in flour or dealing with the heat from the large burners we use. We do all kinds of parties, from small gatherings in someone’s living room to big wedding tents. We don't have a polished showroom with fancy pictures on the walls. Instead, we have big pots, crates of plates, and a lot of recipes that we’ve used for years. The traffic around Smart Chowk can be a nightmare when we are trying to load the vans, but we make it work. It’s a family-style operation where everyone chips in, whether it’s chopping onions or driving the food to the venue. We’ve stayed in Vijay Nagar because it’s where we started and we know the local markets well. It’s a tough business, but there is something about the smell of fresh food in the morning that keeps us going.
