Aahar Ways

Aahar Ways is located right on the Delhi-Meerut Road in Modinagar. We are at numbers 21-22, right across from the Modi Cloth Mills. If you know Ghaziabad, you know this road stays very busy with trucks and cars all day and night. We’ve been here for quite some time. The building is called Harishs. We see a lot of commuters and workers from the mills coming in for their meals. It’s a practical kind of place. We don't have any fancy lights or soft music. It’s mostly just the sound of the stove and people talking. We serve food that people can eat quickly so they can get back to work or back on the road. The 201001 area is always moving. We start early to get the tea ready. Most of our customers are regulars who work nearby. We know their names and what they usually order. The floors get dusty because of the road outside, so we are always sweeping. It’s just me and a couple of others running the show. We aren't a big corporation. We just make food and try to keep the plates moving. Sometimes the supply truck is late, and we have to improvise. That’s just how it goes when you run a small place on a main highway. We just try to get the flavors right every single morning before the first truck stops.
