Ahar Foods & Caterers is located at 132 B in Shakti Khand 1, Indirapuram. We are quite close to the Mangal Bazar Chowk, which is a very busy spot in Ghaziabad. If you come on a day when the market is open, the traffic is something else entirely. Our place is basically a big kitchen and a small office area. You can usually smell whatever is being cooked from the street. We spend most of our time in the back, making sure everything is being prepared the right way. It is a lot of hard work and standing on your feet all day. The office part is just a small desk where we handle the orders and the bills. It is often covered in flour or bits of paper. We started this because we liked working with food and being in Indirapuram. The community here is great, and we have many regulars who live in the nearby flats. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people find us because they live nearby or they saw us at Mangal Bazar Chowk. It is a bit loud and messy sometimes, but that is the nature of a kitchen. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the food out on time. The humidity in the summer makes the work even harder, but we are used to the heat by now.
