You can find us at Shop No 33 in Turab Nagar. If you know the Ghaziabad markets, you know Turab Nagar is a tight squeeze. The lanes are narrow and there are people everywhere, especially in the evenings. Our shop isn't huge, but we make it work. Most of the time, the counter is covered in notebooks where we jot down what people need. It’s loud outside with the vendors shouting and the rickshaws honking, but inside we just try to keep things moving. We’ve been in this market for a while. We don't have a big fancy showroom with lights. It’s just a practical space where we talk to people about their events. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who just wander in from the street. The floor is usually a bit worn out from all the walking back and forth. In the back, we keep the bigger equipment, but the front is where all the talking happens. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three people are asking questions at once, but that is just how the market is. We like being in the middle of everything. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood’s daily life, seeing the same faces walk past every day while we sit and work. It's a lot of long hours, but we don't mind the noise much anymore. We usually lock the shutters pretty late once the market finally starts to quiet down.
