Caterer Care

Running a business from Level 5 of Shopperix Mall in Sector 4, Vaishali, definitely keeps us on our toes. Caterer Care is basically where we handle all the logistics for the food events we manage. Being in a mall means there’s always something going on, though the fifth floor is a bit quieter than the food court areas. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking lists for the next day's orders. Our office isn't a showroom; it’s more of a hub with folders, menu drafts, and a lot of empty coffee mugs scattered around. We moved into this Vaishali spot because it’s central for our team to meet up before heading out to different venues. Some mornings are quiet, just the sound of the air conditioning and keyboards clicking, while other days are total chaos when three events happen at once. The elevators in the mall can be slow, so we’ve learned to plan our departures carefully if we don’t want to be late. It’s an interesting place to work from because you see all sorts of people walking by. We don't really do fancy presentations here. Most of our real work happens in kitchens and at party venues, but this is the brain of the operation where the planning gets done. It’s a bit cramped with all the event decor samples we keep around, but it feels like home to us.
