Choudhry Vaishno Bhojanalaya

Our bhojanalaya is located at C-25 in the Sahibabad Mandi area of Ghaziabad. If you have ever been to the mandi, you know how crazy it gets in the early morning hours. Trucks full of vegetables and fruits are everywhere and people are shouting and bargaining. We open up very early to make sure the workers and traders can get something to eat before they start their long day. The place is quite small and we have just a few benches for people to sit on. It’s a vaishno place, so everything is simple and clean as much as possible. The air in the mandi is always thick with the smell of fresh produce and diesel from the trucks. We don't have a big menu, just the usual roti, dal, and sabzi that people need to keep going. It gets very dusty here because of all the movement, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the counters. We’ve been at this C-25 spot for quite some time now. It’s not a fancy restaurant where you go for a party, it’s just a place to fill your stomach with honest food. Most of our customers are in a hurry, so we have to be quick with the service. We are just local people running a small food stall in a very busy market. It’s a lot of noise and hard work, but we are used to it.
