Our place, China Hot And Tibetain Cusine., is in the C block market over in Noida Sector 41. It is a local spot right opposite Sector 50. We have been running this shop for some time now. We do both Chinese and Tibetan style food because that is what we know how to make. The market is usually busy in the evenings when everyone comes back from work. We spend a lot of our afternoon time sitting in the back and wrapping momos by hand. It is a lot of repetitive work but it has to be done. The shop is small and we only have a few tables for people to sit at. Most of our customers just take their food home to eat. We don't have a big fancy sign or bright lights. Just the name on the board. The kitchen gets very hot in the summer months but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We don't use any complicated machines. Everything is cooked on regular stoves. We buy our spices and greens from the market nearby. Sometimes the delivery guys get confused about the entrance because the market is a bit tucked away. We are just a normal neighborhood shop. We don't try to be anything else. We stay open until the food runs out or it gets too late. It is just a simple life here in Sector 41 for all of us and we keep things practical.
