Corporate Kitchen

We work out of a basement unit at Plot Number 7 in Gyanchand-3, which is right in the Indirapuram area of Ghaziabad. You probably would not notice us from the street because we are tucked away downstairs. Corporate Kitchen was started because there were so many offices opening up around here and they all needed a reliable place to get food. We do not have a storefront where you can come and sit down to eat. Our focus is entirely on getting the meals prepped and sent out to different sites. The basement stays relatively cool even when the big ovens are running, which is a big help during the Ghaziabad summers. We have a small crew and we have been at this for a few years now. The space is mostly taken up by large stainless steel tables and heavy pots that we use for the daily cooking. Most of our morning is spent chopping and stirring and making sure the delivery boxes are packed correctly. Indirapuram is a very busy place to drive through, so we have to be careful with our timing so the food gets there when it should. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just like having our steady routine and doing a good job for the people who order from us. It is just basic, honest work in a busy basement kitchen.
