Rachit Layer Farming Private Limited is based in Gaya, right on Rajendra Path. We are located near Gupteshwar Pd. Sinha’s place, who used to be a Retd. A.E.E. We mainly focus on layer farming, which means we are dealing with hens and eggs all day long. It is a busy life in Gaya, and our location puts us right in the middle of things. We started this because we saw how much people needed fresh produce locally. Our team is small, and we don't really have a hierarchy. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. Sometimes that means cleaning, sometimes it means delivery, and sometimes it's just paperwork in the office. The office itself is full of old furniture and stacks of ledgers because we still like to keep track of things on paper. We don't use a lot of fancy tech or marketing tricks. We just show up every morning and get to work. The birds need constant attention, so there isn't much time for anything else. We've had our share of tough times, especially when feed prices go up or the weather gets weird, but we stick with it. It’s a practical business for practical people. If you are around Rajendra Path, you might see us moving crates around or talking to suppliers. We are just trying to run a decent farm and stay active in the community.
