We're out here in Murarpur Gaya, based at Dropati Devi's house, number 226. Neelamagriculture Farmers Producer Company Limited is mostly just a group of us trying to figure out how to handle the farming stuff better together. It’s a lot of work honestly. Being a farmers producer company means we deal with the crops and the people growing them every day. The weather in Gaya can be tough and the soil needs a lot of looking after. We spend most of our time talking to the guys in the fields and seeing what they need. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that. Just a practical place where we get things done. Sometimes we have meetings at the house to talk about seeds or prices. Everyone knows everyone around here. We just want to keep things moving so the farmers can actually get their work finished without too much trouble. It's about the day-to-day grind. Some days are slow and other days we're running around trying to fix things. We don’t have a big marketing team. We just have our boots on the ground in B N Jha. It’s a local effort, through and through. We see the same faces every morning. Farming isn’t easy, but being organized as a company helps us a bit. We just stay focused on the plants and the people who grow them. That's about it for us. We aren't doing anything fancy, just working.
