We set up Savaridhangai Agriculture Farmers Producer Company Limited here in Hahesari village, right at Krishna Yadav's house. Barachatti is our home, and most of us grew up around these fields in Gaya. It isn't easy farming out here, so we decided to get together to figure things out as a group. Since we are a producer company, it's really just us local farmers trying to make the work a bit smoother for everyone in the Patlika panchayat. We deal with the crops and the daily headaches that come with the weather and the markets in Bihar. There's no big office or fancy suits here, just a lot of dirt on our boots and a lot of conversations over tea about how to get the seeds planted on time. Sometimes the rain doesn't come when it should, and other times the prices aren't what we hoped for at the market. That's why we registered this company. We wanted a way to talk to each other and maybe get better supplies without having to travel too far from Gaya. It's been a learning curve for all of us. Dealing with paperwork isn't what we're used to, but it's necessary to keep things moving. We mostly focus on what's happening in our own backyard.
