Barachatti Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are based over in the Rohi area, which is part of the Barachatti block. This is a farmers producer company, which basically means we are just a group of local farmers trying to work together as one unit. Barachatti is a place where agriculture is pretty much everything to everyone. We do not have a big corporate office with glass walls or fancy carpets. Our meeting spot is right here in the village. It is usually full of people talking about the latest harvest or the price of fertilizer this month. We do not use big words or marketing talk to describe ourselves. We just talk about the soil and the rain like we always have. It is a simple life, but it is very busy for us. We spend a lot of time out in the fields of Rohi checking on things. Sometimes we have to travel to the block office for paperwork, which can be a bit of a chore and takes all day. We are not doing this to get rich quick or anything like that. We just want to make sure the farmers here have a way to sell their stuff together so they get a better deal. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things do not go perfectly. We might miss a phone call because we are out where the signal is bad. That is just part of the deal.
