Dohjg Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group is located in the village and post of Kajrauthi, which falls under the Sadabad area. It is a very rural spot, and we are right in the heart of the farming community there. We don't have a complicated address with house numbers and street names because in Kajrauthi, everyone knows where the main activity is. We are a farmer producer company, which basically means we are a bunch of local people trying to work the land together. Life in the village moves at its own pace. We spend a lot of time discussing the weather and the price of grain. The company was formed to give us a bit more structure. It’s not a polished business with a lot of employees. It’s just a few of us sitting in a small room, keeping track of what the farmers are doing and what they need. We talk about seeds, water, and labor most of the time. The language we use is plain because that’s what we know. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just want to make sure the crops get grown and sold without too much trouble. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing, but we help each other out. Working in Kajrauthi means being part of the land. We are honest about the challenges we face, like the lack of irrigation or the distance to the main markets. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things simple and practical for everyone involved.
