Ambaji Granites & Marbles

Ambaji Granites & Marbles is situated at I-22 in Sector-9. If you come by, you’ll see big slabs of stone leaning against the walls and stacked in the yard. It is a heavy business, literally. We spend our days moving these pieces around and showing them to people who stop in. Sector-9 is a good spot for this kind of work because there’s enough room for the trucks to come and go. It gets pretty dusty here with all the stone, so we’re always sweeping or hosing things down. We don't have a shiny showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a functional yard where you can see the materials as they are. Our hands are usually a bit rough from handling the granite and marble all day. It’s just a few of us working here, making sure we know what we have in stock. We don't have any polished sales pitches or brochures. We just talk to people about what they need and show them what’s available at I-22. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work outside, but we manage. We’ve been in Sector-9 for a while now and we know the area well. It’s a straightforward trade. We get the stone in, we look after it, and we help people pick what they want. It’s what we do every day from morning until night.
