You’ll find us on the first floor of the K-2 building in Brahamputra Market, which is Sector 29. It’s quite close to the Metro 18 station, so it isn't too hard to get to even if you aren't driving. Being on the first floor makes moving the heavy marble a bit of a task, but we’ve figured out a system over the years. The shop is full of different stone slabs and smaller tile samples tucked into every corner. It can be a bit overwhelming for some people because there’s so much to look at. We mostly spend our time talking to contractors or homeowners who are trying to figure out what looks good together. The market here is always moving, and there's a lot of noise coming from the street below. We keep some water in the back for when it gets really humid. It’s a straightforward business, really. We show you what we have, we talk about the price, and then we figure out the delivery. We don’t go in for big sales pitches or anything like that. The stone speaks for itself if you know what you’re looking for. Sometimes the dust from the cutting gets everywhere, so we’re always wiping down the samples so you can actually see the patterns in the grain. It’s just us here most days, managing the orders and making sure the slabs don’t get chipped or scratched before they leave.
