You can find us on the third floor of the Murickan Building. It’s right there at the Providence Road Junction in Kacheripady. It's a busy intersection, so there's always something going on outside the window. We focus on creative stuff here. We have some computers set up with software for design and things like that. The office is a bit crowded because we have a lot of equipment and books lying around. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but that’s usually how creative spaces end up looking. We’re just a small team of people who like making things and teaching others how to do it. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. Kacheripady is a good spot because it’s easy for people to get to by bus. We’ve had all sorts of people come in, from teenagers to older folks wanting to learn something new. The walls are covered in sketches and notes. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit loud, but it keeps us cool during the summer months. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just focus on the projects and the classes. It’s a bit messy, it’s a bit loud, but it’s where we do our work. We’re just glad to have a space where we can be creative every day. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for long afternoon meetings.
