Saifee Ceramics & Building Products

Saifee Ceramics & Building Products is located at 16/305 on Jubilee Road, right near the market in Nettoor. Being close to the market means it’s always loud and full of people. We’ve gotten used to that over the years. We sell ceramics and different building materials that people need for their houses or shops. It’s a practical business. Our shop is filled with stacks of tiles and bags of supplies. It isn't the cleanest place because of all the cement dust. It is a working shop. We don't have a big fancy showroom with bright lights. We just show people what we have in stock and tell them the price. It’s a bit cramped inside sometimes. This is especially true when a new delivery arrives and we have to find space for it all. We’ve been part of the Nettoor community for quite some time. Most of our customers are locals who are fixing up their places. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just see us when they’re headed to the market and stop in. We keep a ledger for everything and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s just me and a couple of others most days. We drink our tea. We talk to the regulars and move the heavy stuff around. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it.
