Our spot is right in Thottakattukara, really close to the international airport. It’s a location that makes a lot of sense for us because of all the activity that happens around the terminal every day. You can hear the planes taking off and landing throughout the morning and night, which kind of reminds us of why we’re here in the first place. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a practical building where we handle our business. We’ve been operating in this area for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the surroundings change as the airport grew and the roads got busier. Inside, things are usually a bit hectic with people checking lists and making sure the transport is ready for the next move. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights to get attention. Most of our clients know where we are already, and we like it that way. It’s a down-to-earth environment where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. Sometimes the traffic near the airport gates can be a real headache, especially when there’s a big holiday rush, but we’ve learned how to work around it. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics side of things, making sure everything is lined up for the next departure or arrival. It’s a lot of coordination and simple hard work. We stay focused on the tasks and try to keep things moving as smoothly as the planes outside.
