International Shipping Bureau (Isb)

Up on the third floor of Noel House in Kakkanad, you’ll find us at the International Shipping Bureau, or ISB as some folks call us. Kochi is a busy place for this kind of work, and being out in Kakkanad gives us a bit of a different perspective than being right at the port. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular workplace with some computers and a lot of coffee mugs. We’ve got a decent view from the windows if you like looking at roofs and trees. Being on the third floor means we get a little exercise if we don't feel like waiting for the lift. It’s a straightforward environment here. We handle the shipping paperwork and the bureau tasks without making a big fuss about it. Noel House is a known spot around here, so most people find us okay. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters, just a group of people who know how shipping works. We spend our days tracking things and making sure the details are right. It’s quiet enough to get work done but you still feel the energy of Kochi outside. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to make us look bigger than we are. It’s just ISB in a standard office space, doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the rain gets really loud against the glass, but we just keep working through it until the day is done.
