Down in Dhanbad, we are situated in the Officer'S Colony in Tisco. Our specific place is Flatlet No-B18, which is in the Digwadih-12 area. It’s a very specific part of the Jharkhand region, and everyone around here knows the colony. It has that old industrial feel to it, with lots of trees and houses that have been there for decades. The office itself is small, as it's just a flatlet. We use it for keeping our records straight and managing the local issues for Tata Steel. It’s a short walk from some of the main industrial sites, which is handy. Inside, it's pretty basic—just some desks, a few chairs, and stacks of paper. We don't have a lot of fancy technology, just the essentials to keep things moving. The pace of life in Digwadih is a bit slower than the big cities, but the work is still constant. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we work through the files. Most of us have been with the company for a long time, so we know how things are supposed to run. There’s a sense of history in this colony, and we’re just another part of it. It’s a simple, honest workspace where we focus on the tasks at hand. Nothing more, nothing less. We just do our bit for the business from here every day.
