Maithan Ispat Ltd

We have been based out of the Maithan Ceramic Colony in Kumardhubi for quite some time now. Most people around here know where we are, right in the heart of the industrial stretch in Dhanbad. Being in Jharkhand means we deal with a lot of heat and dust, but that is just part of the daily grind for anyone working with steel and iron. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle the paperwork and coordinate the loads going out. You can hear the sounds of the nearby units all day long. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or switch to the back-up, like everyone else on this road. We have a small team here. Most of us live close by, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain turns the roads into a muddy mess. It is a busy spot. There is always a truck idling somewhere nearby or someone coming in to check on an order. We stay focused on the work at hand and making sure the counts are right. It is not always quiet, and the air feels heavy with the smell of industry, but we like being right where the action is. We have seen the neighborhood change over the years, more shops popping up near the colony, but the core of what we do remains the same. Just getting through the daily list and keeping things moving forward every day.
