Maithan Ispat Ltd

Our location is over at Quarter Number G1/42A in Area Number 4, right near the Maithon Dam. It is a bit of a different feel compared to a standard industrial park because we are situated in a residential quarter. Living and working so close to the dam means we get to see the landscape change with the seasons, which is quite nice during the monsoon months when the water is high. Dhanbad is known for its coal and steel, and being part of Maithan Ispat Ltd here feels very grounded in the local community. The office is basically a converted living space, so it has a very homey, practical atmosphere. We don't have marble floors or glass walls, just regular desks and chairs where we handle our logs and scheduling. People drop by sometimes just to have a quick chat about the day's work.
