Shyam Steel Industries Limited has a spot here C/O Gobind Ram Mahadeo Lal on Dharamshala Road. We are in Chirkunda, which is in the Dhanbad district of Jharkhand. The post office is right there in Chirkunda too. This area is known for being quite industrial and a bit dusty because of all the activity around Dhanbad. Dharamshala Road is a busy stretch where trucks and carts are always moving back and forth. Our setup is pretty basic. We share the space or work alongside the names mentioned in the address. It is a very practical arrangement for the type of work we do every day. There is not much air conditioning here, just the ceiling fans moving the air around. We deal with a lot of people from the local area who are involved in the trade. Chirkunda has a certain grit to it. We are not here to look pretty; we are just here to handle the steel business. The ledger books are always out on the table for us to check. Sometimes it gets quite hot in Jharkhand, especially in the summer months. We just drink plenty of water and keep the work moving. Being on Dharamshala Road means we are right in the thick of things. There is a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. We do not have any big goals written on the walls. It is just a place of business.
