We've been here at Bhelatand for a while now. The office is in the colony area, right at N/F-6. It's a quiet spot, really. Mostly we just get on with the daily tasks. Dhanbad can get pretty dusty with all the activity around, but here in the Officers Colony, it stays a bit calmer. We usually start early before the heat gets too bad. Someone is always around the desk if you drop by the Bhelatand post area. It’s a plain setup, nothing fancy, just some desks and some files. We’ve lived in Jharkhand long enough to know how the seasons go. The rain hits hard in the monsoon, and we have to keep the windows shut tight. Sometimes the power goes out, but we manage. If you’re looking for us, look for the quarter number near the main colony road. We share tea in the afternoons and keep things moving. There’s not much else to say. We work hard, keep our heads down, and stay busy with the paperwork and the steel stuff. It's just a regular workplace where people show up, do their bit, and go home to their families nearby. The morning starts with the sound of the birds and the early workers heading out. We keep a fan running most of the day because the Jharkhand sun doesn't mess around. It works for us.
