We are over at Urmila Niwas in the New Private Colony area of Jagjiwan Nagar. Dhanbad is known for its industry, and we fit right into that with our steel work at Parth Ispat India. The office is located in a spot that feels like part of the community. We spend a lot of time talking about loads, materials, and delivery schedules. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, but it’s what we know. The office usually has a layer of dust on the windows from all the activity outside on the road. We don't have a lot of time for polishing our image or writing fancy brochures. We’d rather spend that time making sure the orders are correct and the steel is moving. Sometimes the trucks are late or there’s a problem at the post office, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It’s a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything. One minute you’re on the phone and the next you’re checking a ledger or talking to a driver. We’ve been in this part of Dhanbad for a while now and we like the rhythm of the city. It’s a practical business for practical people. No one here is wearing a suit and tie unless they absolutely have to. Mostly it’s just boots and work shirts. We keep our heads down and do the work every single day without much fuss.
