Saheli Family Salon

Our salon is tucked away in Sri Ram Plaza at Lg 11/12 on Bank More Road. It is down on the lower ground floor, which keeps it a bit cooler when the Dhanbad sun is really beating down outside. Being in Bank More, there is always a lot of hustle and bustle around us. We see families coming in all the time since we have space for everyone. It is a bit of a maze in the plaza sometimes, but once people find us, they usually come back. We have separate sections for different things, but it is all pretty simple. The floor is tiled and we spend a lot of time mopping up. There are chairs for the ladies to get their hair done and a spot for the men too. It gets quite loud on the weekends when the mall is full of shoppers. We have a few plants near the entrance to make it feel a bit more lively. It is not a huge place, but we make do with the space we have. Most of our regulars are people who live in the nearby apartments or shop at the plaza regularly. We keep some old magazines on the table for people to look at while they wait. It is just a family business trying to keep things going in the middle of a busy market, providing a spot for a haircut or some basic grooming.
