Adarsh Hair Cutting Salon

This is Adarsh Hair Cutting Salon in Dhanbad. We are located in Shastri Nagar, right near Bank More. If you live around here, you know it’s a busy part of town with a lot of noise and people. It’s a basic shop for men’s haircuts and shaves. I’ve been cutting hair for a long time now. My father did it too, so it's in the family. It’s not a fancy salon with air conditioning that freezes you out or expensive coffee. It’s just a place to get your hair trimmed and maybe have a chat about what’s going on in the city. We have a few chairs and some mirrors that have seen better days but still work fine. I keep my scissors sharp and my razors clean. That’s the most important thing in this business. Men come in, get their shave, and go about their day. Sometimes kids come in and they’re a bit scared of the clippers, but we handle it with some sweets or a joke. Dhanbad can be a dusty place with all the coal and traffic, so getting a good wash and a cut feels nice at the end of the week. I don’t have a big staff, it’s mostly just me and maybe one other guy on the weekends when the rush starts. We don’t do anything too crazy with styles, just what people ask for. If you’re near Bank More and need to look a bit neater, just find us in Shastri Nagar. We usually stay open until the last customer leaves.
