G Salon

We are located up in the Upper Bazar area of Bhowra. It is quite close to the Goalk Mandir, so it is easy for people to find us. Dhanbad is a place where people work hard in the mines and shops, and our place is no different. We start our day early when the sun comes up and the market begins to move. The salon is just a small room with a few chairs and some basic equipment. It is nothing fancy but it works for what we need to do. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or work in the bazar. We spend a lot of time talking while we work. The floor is usually covered in hair by mid-morning. We have some small windows that let in a bit of light from the street. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when too many people come in at the same time. We do not really have a fixed schedule, people just show up when they need a cut. I keep my scissors sharp and the combs in a tray. It is just me and another guy working most days. We drink a lot of tea to keep ourselves going. The street outside is always busy with people going to the temple or the market. G Salon is just a place where you can get your hair done without any fuss or trouble.
